1983 年，哈雷戴维森成立了哈雷车主会 (Harley Owners Group) 以满足骑手们分享激情和展示自豪的渴望。1985 年，49 家地方分会在全美生根发芽，总会员达到 60,000 人；迅速发展的势头一直持续到上世纪 90 年代，1991 年，第一次欧洲 H.O.G. 集会在英格兰切尔滕纳姆举办，H.O.G. 正式成为国际性的组织，拥有 685 家地方分会和151,600 名全球会员；随后，H.O.G.发展到亚洲，新加坡和马来西亚吉隆坡都成立了新的分会； 1999 年，全球会员数量突破 50 万大关，地方分会近1,160 个；而现在，超过 1,100,000 的会员人数和1,400家分会让H.O.G.成为世界上最大的由生产厂商赞助的摩托车组织，而且它的规模还在不断成长。
In 1983, Harley-Davidson established the Harley Owners Group in response to a growing desire by Harley-Davidson riders for an organized way to share their passion and show their pride. By 1985, 49 local chapters had sprouted around the USA, with a total membership of 60,000. Rapid growth continued into the 1990s, and in 1991 H.O.G. officially went international, with the first official European H.O.G. Rally in Cheltenham, England. Worldwide membership numbered 151,600, with 685 local chapters. As the '90s continued, H.O.G. clubs developed in Asia, with new chapters in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By 1999, worldwide membership had hit the half-million mark, and the number of local chapters totaled 1,160. Today, over 1,100,000 members and 1,400 local chapters make H.O.G. the largest factory-sponsored motorcycle organization in the world, and the global member base still has room for growth.

目前在中国，哈雷车主会已经拥有了北京、上海、青岛、成都和温州五个分支机构，队伍不断在壮大、哈雷精神传承了一代又一代。
In China, there are 5 H.O.G. Chapters in Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao Chengdu and Wenzhou.

2006年10月，北京哈雷车主会宣告成立，这是H.O.G®（哈雷车主会）在中国内地的第一家分会。
October 2006, the H.O.G. Beijing Chapter was established. It is the First H.O.G. Chapter in Mainland.

2008年4月18日，哈雷戴维森亚洲公司上海代表处正式升级为亚洲代表处，哈雷上海车主会也宣告成立。
April 18th, 2008, Officially opened Harley-Davidson Asia’s Shanghai Representative Office and the founded Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) Shanghai Chapter.

2008年9月16日，正值哈雷戴维森成立105周年。23位中国哈雷车主组成的中国哈雷代表团也参加了105周年的庆祝盛会。
Sep. 16th, 2008, Harley-Davidson had its 105th Anniversary. 23 China H-D owners flight to Milwaukee to celebrate Harley 105th birthday.

2009年4月23日至26日，哈雷戴维森开启丽江体验骑行周。来自全国各地的60多名哈雷车迷聚首丽江古城，共享逍遥骑行乐趣。
Apr. 23rd ? 26th, 2009, Lijiang experience riding kicked-off. Over 60 H-D fans met at Lijiang to share the riding experience and enjoy the beautiful Lijiang scenery.

2009年4月30日至5月2日，哈雷戴维森中国首届H.O.G.车主骑行荟萃泰山。全国各地的近百名哈雷摩托车主穿戴着炫酷的装备，驾驶着款式各异的哈雷摩托齐聚五岳之首，感受哈雷车主会大家庭的快乐气氛。
Apr. 30th ? May 2nd, 2009, Launched the first China H.O.G. national rally in TaiShan Mountain, Around 100 H-D fans and owners gathered together to witness the historical moment.

2009年10月4日至5日，哈雷上海车主会和哈雷北京车主会在安徽省黄山市太平湖组织了2009哈雷戴维森中国车主黄山骑行活动，逾250人参加了本次骑行。
Oct. 4th ? 5th, 2009, Harley-Davidson H.O.G Shanghai chapter and Beijing chapter organized the national wide rally in Taipinghu lake of Huangshan in the province of Anhui. Over 250.

2010年1月23日，为庆祝“中国2010年上海世博会”倒计时100天，哈雷戴维森上海车主会自发组织了“为世博加油”的盛大骑行活动, 积极响应世博会的号召, 表达对上海举办世博会的热烈支持和良好祝愿。
Jan. 23rd, 2010, in the celebration of “Expo 2010 Shanghai China” count down 100 days, Harley-Davidson H.O.G Shanghai chapter organized a grand ride in Shanghai. The riders paraded through the center of Pudong New Area, calling people to actively participate in the Expo and wishing the event great success.

2010年5月1日至3日，哈雷戴维森中国第二届车主骑行活动在北方著名港口城市秦皇岛举行。逾300人参加了本次活动，骑行景象空前盛大。
May 1st ? 3rd, 2010, the 2nd Harley-Davidson China National Rally is organized in Qinhuangdao in Hebei province. Over 300 people participated in the event and the procession is unprecedent and spectacular.

2010年5月29日至 7月8日，“哈雷戴维森2010中国梦想之旅”活动由成都出发，途经重庆、广州、厦门、温州、杭州、上海、南京、青岛、大连、沈阳，最终抵达首都北京，穿越 了中国12座城市。哈雷戴维森中国特提供一辆经典版继承者摩托车，哈雷的骑手们以接力的方式骑着这辆摩托穿越祖国大好河山，传递哈雷戴维森的梦想。
May 29th to July 8th, 2010, The 2010 Harley-Davidson “Great Ride of China” traveled through 12 cities across China and last for one month. The ride starts from Chengdu and continues through Chongqing, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Wenzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Qingdao, Dalian, and Shenyang before finishing in the Chinese capital, Beijing. Harley-Davidson China provided one Heritage Softail® Classic motorcycle for riders to relay-ride on the journey.

2011年9月，哈雷车主会成都分会宣告成立。

2011年10月3日至5日，“有朋自远方来，众乐乐骑聚青岛”??哈雷戴维森中国第三届车主骑行暨新品上市会在青岛举行。戴纳车系的Switchback（戴纳征途）以及软尾车系的 Softail Deluxe（豪雅软尾）作为哈雷戴维森2012年的新款在此次发布会上精彩亮相，来自全国各地的600多位哈雷车友以及哈雷戴维森爱好者将带着自己的顶级爱车云集青岛市， 骑行景象空前盛大。
Oct. 3rd to 5th, With Friends from Afar, Enjoy Riding in Qingdao - the 3rd Harley-Davidson China National Rally and 2012 New Product Launch was launched in Qingdao. Dyna Switchback and Softail Deluxe had their debut in the launch. Over 600 Harley owners and lovers come a long way to Qingdao to enjoy this festival and the procession is unprecedented and spectacular.

2011年11月，哈雷车主会温州分会宣告成立。
Nov. 2011, the H.O.G. Wenzhou Chapter was established.
